I am not sure but if you have not reuploaded the theme since your previous questions I would suggest that the first problem to check would be that your theme is in the right folder stucture
eg

its should be
wp-content/themes/Sansation/

not
wp-content/themes/sansation-business-portfolio-premium-wordpress/Sansation/

if it is like this already
wp-content/themes/Sansation/

then as Denzel suggested contact the theme creator
