sub sites/network of sites WordPress

I have a website for a client and they own a bar and restaurant. The want to use the same dashboard in WP but want to have 3 websites (three themes and three different navigations). Is there a way to have sub-sites (a network of sites) using the same domain and same CMS?

Can this work with the domains being:

main site: example.com
bar site: bar.example.com
restaurant site: restaurant.example.com
