price quote for creating landing page with contact form WordPress

Hi,
Please send me price quote for a landing page, hosted under the site domain, the site is wordpress.
The landing page design will be different from the rest of the site. It should be according to an image sample.
The landing page will also contain a contact form directly to a mail.

I will give an image with the design layout.

It should be done within 3 days.

The landing page will be in Hebrew (text direction right to left. I will insert the text. It should only work from right to left).
