jquery clash plugins not working WordPress

Hi There we are using a few plugins and need help where their javascript is clashing, causing them to break.

As far as I know this plugin does not supports <?php echo do_shortcode('[ccgallery id="1"]');?> on the file itself , you have to add this shortcode ([ccgallery id="1"]) to the page or post to make that gallery work.
