jQuery Customization WordPress

What's the cost to add or modify jQuery templates to be full size (940 x 400px)? Currently, I have the following:

jQuery 1 Template
regular image: 404 x 256px
full-size image: can fill the full banner (940 x 283px)

jQuery 2 Template
regular image: 436 x 270px
full-size image: 840 x 270px
