header insert - buzu? WordPress

wanted to know if you will fix another site with the same template. same header i.e. issues so you know how to do it already. save exact thing i still cant figure it out.

affects IE, this need to be removed.
check attachment image. this is how it looks in ie8 after i modifed html via developer tools.

shows up in firefox but not in i.e.
