freelance help - video gallery lightbox issue WordPress

Hello!

The site i'm building is http://www.dev.skydive.tv There are a few adjustments I'd like to make on some of the pages, but I'm technically impaired. Can I hire someone here to help me directly with some of the changes I'd like to make?

Basically, its a photo and video website. I want to make some adjustments, and also to make some nice thumbnail galleries for videos that would show in lightbox. I'm close on some of these things, but just can't get them working properly.
