css menus not working on mobile devices WordPress

There is a site on a temp domain here:

the menus fly out on desktop, on ipad and iphone they come out and stay out so they can be accessed.

But on blackberry they show up and then disappear before they can be accessed and on Samsung they apparently do not show at all.

I need a way to fix that on mobile devices that does not change the look of the menus.

This is the markup for the css.
