clickable image WordPress

On this page I have a whole lot of menu items.

I came across this code that was able to pull the feature image from the page, the title and a description. The problem I am having is that the client would like the image to be clickable to the link but everything I have tried doesn't work.

When I look at the code it looks like it should make the image a link but it doesn't.
Can someone have a look at the code and assist me to get the image clickable?

Arnav Joy answers:

try changing this

$args['thumbnail_link'] = false;

to

$args['thumbnail_link'] = true;

Amanda comments:
