cannot log-in to the wp-admin WordPress

Please have a look at the message I get while trying to access the wp-admin

try to upload wp-admin and wp-includes folder once more
keep back up of original site.

try to upload this file load.php in wp-includes folder from wordpress.zip file download or from any of the wordpress site
Basically this file is missing (wp-admin/wp-includes/load.php).

I noticed that you are hosting the website using Fatcow. Did you run their installer or downloaded WordPress from wordpress.org and installed it?
The best way to tackle this would be to get the access to the cpanel of the website. Please PM me the details if possible.
