adjustments in my site WordPress

Hi,
Few adjustments needed in my site - http://www.segev-design.co.il/

1. on main page only, remove the titles of each square.
2. Navigation menu - change the grey color to BG image.
3. Remove the first grey square on categories pages:
* http://www.segev-design.co.il/category/mainpage/
* http://www.segev-design.co.il/category/%D7%9B%D7%AA%D7%91%D7%95-%D7%A2%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%99/
4. Disable the option in the mainpage to "load more projects".
