adjust the graphics in the right place WordPress

Hello,

You can see there are 6 roll-over squares in 2 lines on the right side of the site. It's mini-navigation.
I need the squares to be aligned to the right
And to be placed in order.

The only places it looks AS it should be, is at:
http://estibarshalom.co.il/?page_id=77
http://estibarshalom.co.il/?page_id=74

I need all the pages to look like those.

** It has something to do with shortcode [catlist]..?..

and i've seen that the

<!--php body_class(); php-->

in the header is commented out.
