Wordpress FTP access WordPress

I need help accessing a client's Wordpress site files thru FTP.
His domain is [[LINK href="http://kraddyodaddy.com"]]http://kraddyodaddy.com[[/LINK]]
His cpanel login creds:
[[LINK href="http://netfirms.com"]]http://netfirms.com[[/LINK]]
username: kradoslav
password: MK17ultra!
With that info I am able to access these files:
[[LINK href="https://img.skitch.com/20120623-e4ycsjr2ggwr9esawugngdmd8c.png"]]https://img.skitch.com/20120623-e4ycsjr2ggwr9esawugngdmd8c.png[[/LINK]]
But no Wordpress site files..?
Any help?

that domain is not being hosted at Netfirms.
in fact, kraddyodaddy.com is not registered with Netfirms either. It is registered through Register.com and hosted at http://inmotionhosting.com

Sorry Dan.. I just edited the question above. His site is currently at http://kraddyodaddy.com. That's what I'm trying to gain FTP file access to. My mistake!

You need his cpanel info for InMotionHosting.com in order to access the FTP

Just Me answers:
do you mean WordPress admin?
it should be at www.yoursite.com/wp-admin
if it is in a folder then you should add that like
www.yoursite.com/foldername/wp-admin

Sorry, no my question wasn't clear enough. I just edited my original question above. I have access to his WP admin, but need access to his site files thru FTP..

The webpage at http://kraddy.com/wp-admin might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I have tried with your cpanel to access phpmyadmi but the plan your client having it doesn't allow to access the database. So unable to check or create new user id to access wordpress admin area.
However wordpress admin login url is www.kraddyodaddy.com/wp-admin
Do you have any access to the database? that is the only way to create new account in case if you dont have admin access of wordpress site. Or directly ask to your client
