Wordpress Core Theme on Themeforest show link on popup image WordPress

I want to be able to show a link to "visit Site" on the popup image window in the Core theme from themeforest. Plus I would like to be able to show links below every image in portfolio section.

As i've said i would like to add 2 links on the bottom of the popup image on the homepage. and a link below every image in the gallery/2 collumns section.
Basically i want to have it as a web design portfolio keep that in mine
