When am trying to access http://www.vanwp.com/cgep/our-enterprises/how-we-create-enterprises/ , it automatically redirects to http://www.google.ca/ . Are you using any plugin for redirection?

I don't see why you would need to create an additional tooltip. Only a single tooltip per pin is needed. And it can be styled with CSS.

In the plugin settings I've chosen to only use a custom post type.
