Just recently (not sure of exact date) users of my site started to say that they could not upload photos to Bbpress forums when they use Safari.
There are no errors showing up and no errors in the PHP log. I have tried disabling all plugins except Buddypress, Bbpress and GD Bbpress Attachments but the problem persists. I have also set up a brand new site with new installation of Wordpress and Buddypress, Bbpress and GD Bbpress Attachments and the problem was <em>not</em> present anymore.
So,
It is not the server configuration.
It seems like it must be a conflict with something in the database or in some file.
Just disabling all other plugins does not solve the problem.
You can see a list of plugins available here:

Hi.
In the new installation, have you used the same theme? Have you tried to switch to the default theme? Maybe the problem comes from it. Also what about clearing all cache?
rokesmith comments:
Thanks for the reply. I tested both with the Twenty Thirteen theme. I have cleared all caches but the problem persists in one while it is absent in the test.
Abdelhadi Touil comments:
Does the test website also has a cache plugins installed? Sometimes just clearing cache is not enough, especially when using W3 Total Cache, so you should try to uninstall it and delete all cache and plugin files, here is how:

another tutorial:
[[LINK href="http://www.technoxpad.com/w3-total-cache-removal-tutorial/"]]http://www.technoxpad.com/w3-total-cache-removal-tutorial/[[/LINK]]
after that test if the problem still persists, I hope no, then you can reinstall WTC plugin.
Good luck!

Ok, I have worked it out. It was an error with Cloudflare. This answer kind of helped me because I then started looking into fully clearing caches.
What do I do now as far as closing this down? Any suggestions as far as assigning money?
Abdelhadi Touil comments:
Happy to hear that you have solved your problem. I'v seen that you are using Cloudflare and I was thinkng about it a bit, but as I know that WTC can produce such problem, so I'v suggest to begin with it :)
As for assigning money, here is a tutotrial:
