Which gallery plugin is this? WordPress

I am trying to find a gallery plugin loads thumbnail images into the main image viewer on click

My only other requirement is that the image description has to also load in the main image window..
I see this functionality everywhere and I am surprised that I am having a difficulty wit this.

The link you mentioned is using a custom implementation of [[LINK href="http://galleria.aino.se/"]]Galleria[[/LINK]]. There is a [[LINK href="http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/photo-galleria/"]]Wordpress plugin[[/LINK]] for implementing Galleria also. You can look into that.

As pointed by Navjot, they are using galleria but not any plugin. This is achieved by theme customization and that's it. I can get this done for you. Please visit my profile for the same.

However, I need to display image i.e, color name
Would you be interested in customizing the this Galleria Plugin to display image caption in place of where the Image Index (1/5, 2/5,etc) is currently displaying?
