I need a recommendation for both a frontend user plugin and a business directory plugin. It needs to be easy-to-use for all types of users, as well as easy to install and maintain. Thanks.

I don't know really well what do you refer with a frontend plugin. Anyway, with bussiness directory I recommend you:
* A directory theme if you have not started the project
* This plugin: https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/business-directory-plugin/ if you have a theme and you want to integrate it there
