WP posts -> Facebook Page WordPress

Looking for a great #wordpress plugin to post certain WP posts to a Facebook Page, rather than scrape the RSS of all posts.
Note, this isn't aimed at a personal page, but a Page page.

<blockquote>Allows you to share your posts to your Facebook Application page. Activate this plugin, then look on the Edit Post pages for Facebook publishing buttons.</blockquote>
I've been using it publish posts to a FB fan page for several months now and it's quite good. It also works with personal profile status messages.
The tricks is that you have to create an application in Facebook for this plugin to work. But the process is well explained in the plugin itself and isn't hard to do.

I want to give you very simple solution. You can use RSS Graffiti FaceBook application for this.
Click the link and login to your facebook account and allow this program, Ad your rss (feeds) url there and click save and select which profile or page you want to share it. That's all!
