WP developer hiring WordPress

Need to hire the services of a good developer
for building out a custom page template for me.

Basically consists in linking images in the picture flow on the home page, to each one of the menus of the website.

In other words the 5 images that show up on the home page are the shortcut to 5 menus: menu 1; menu 2; 3 and so on.

What i am asking is to customize my premium template ( core photography) to be able to do that.

Please give a idea of the cost to do this and how long it will take you.

I would like to proceed with this task asap.
