WPML Language plugin WordPress

Hi Guys

WPML offers 65 different languages but not

USA English
Canadian English
Canadian French
Australian

I've asked a couple of "experts" on oDesk who say these cannot be added.

Does anyone know any different?

The difference is you can add new language on WPML, but on WordPress side it doesn't have the translation yet. Thus, you have only partial translation for your website.
