Urgent! WP installed in subdirectory, but can't publish to root WordPress

My site is installed in a subdirectory, and is ready to launch. I've followed the same procedure as usual in order to get the home page to display on the root URL instead of the subfolder. However, I'm getting fatal error messages. I need someone to go in and diagnose the issue. This needs to be completed ASAP, so I need someone who can look at the issue immediately.
