URGENT: Internal Server error WordPress

Perhaps it is not an error of wordpress but since I can enter the domain admin panel and I can log-in ftp but can not enter the admin panel of wordpress and the domain is unreachable, I ask your help. Morning (up to last night everything was fine) my site show an error for those who try to visit my portal:

Anyone have any suggestion? Im not expert.
Just now the web page come up again.... Probably was a server error. NOW is all ok. I dont know what i must do when the problem is auto-solved without any external help. Must i do the price to all?

Hi,
Server internal error is caused by mySQL server of your web hosting going offline, and not caused by WordPress. If this happens often, you should complain with your web hosting company.

Well if you can FTP in, download the error log and see what it says....
If error logging is not on, edit wp-config.php so that it is.

Did you changed anything in the .htaccess file? which is present at the root of your website.

I dint change anything in the .htaccess file Yestrday i just update two plugins but after the site work normally (i worked in the site again for other 2 hours). I see that some files in the root of mine portal have the hour 5.50am (i sleeping at this time). What you want that i put in your profile? You want ftp login?
