Twenty Ten Theme, Fixing Quote Category WordPress

I had someone (here) work on my theme's category Quotes but it didn't turn out as I expected at all. I have ftp access information ready to be sent to whomever can fix this.

<strong>History</strong>

The goal was to NOT echo the post title for the category called quotes and remove some meta information that displays on the home page and single post page.

Right now whatever he did is causing all the post titles on the single post pages NOT to be echoed see this url:
http://www.ledesmaphotography.com/blog/2012/05/20/week-20-2012/ it should have a post title but its not showing up.

So all you have to do is make the post title appear on the single post pages like they normally would and leave the quote category as is look at this url and its showing up ok - http://www.ledesmaphotography.com/blog/2012/05/21/push-yourself-harder/ (this part he got right)


So when you're done, I should see a post title here http://www.ledesmaphotography.com/blog/2012/05/20/week-20-2012/ and on the single post pages for all categories except quotes.
