Theme options not saving WordPress

Website url: valdezmuseum.org
This is a custom theme

The slides are set up as a custom post type via this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/types/

The slideshow script seems to be working fine. However, the script to configure settings is not.

The slides are selected by each individual page with a field underneath the standard WP editor that has checkboxes for each post that is labeled as a "slide." When slides are checked and the page is updated, the database is updates with basically an empty array of what would normally be settings. You can see the screenshot of the field to select slides.

In the database here is what the array looks like for the slider when it works:
a:3:{i:0;s:5:"13904";i:1;s:5:"13891";i:2;s:5:"13889";}

When you attempt to update the slides via the WP admin it ends up as null.

I've tried turning off all plugins and that doesn't seem to help

Thanks for your help.
