Theme customization WordPress

Hi,
I need help for customizing this theme:
http://templatic.com/freethemes/gtd-–-private-blog-theme-for-teams-to-collaborate
1. Color template change, to fit the grey/dark blue color of the main website www.headfonia.com
2. I believe that GTD was built on this original theme http://p2theme.com/, but on the GTD version, the text box has been simplified so you can't write a title for your post. I'd like to have it back.
3. I probably also need a link to the main website (www.headfonia.com) to be put on the navigation tab.
