Hi
I am currently receiving 404 on all paginated pages of my taxonomy archives.
Below is my registering of custom post type 'boat' along with its taxonomies 'boat_category' and 'boat_tag' .... note 'boat_category' is registered first and has same slug rewrite as the post type itself.

I have also 3 functions in place as seen at the following pastebin ...
[[LINK href="http://pastebin.com/9Ff2W9EL"]]http://pastebin.com/9Ff2W9EL[[/LINK]]
These force the 'boat_category' taxonomy to use archive-boat, and also has rewrite rules in place with filter for the post type link to achieve the following structure ...
www.mydomain.com/boat-sales/ - all posts of type 'boat'
www.mydomain.com/boat-sales/page/2 - pagination of this archive works fine
www.mydomain.com/boat-sales/cruisers/ - all posts of type 'boat' and of boat category taxonomy 'cruisers'
www.mydomain.com/boat-sales/cruisers/page/2 - this throws a 404 and is the reason for this question
What am I doing incorrectly or missing to achieve the required pagination.
Please note I have also tried not forcing the taxonomies to use the post type archive and it made no difference, pagination still broke
Pagination function used is seen here and then echoed out where required in the theme, as mentioned this is working fine on everything except....
