Strange addition to URL WordPress

I have a strange string of code that appended to teh end of the URL for this site

http://benrogersproperty.com/

When you arrive at the site the URL looks like this

http://benrogersproperty.com/#sthash.AqgHVfGL.dpbs

What's that all about?
