Some problems with my blog WordPress

I have to fix some problems in my blog (with latest version of wordpress).
1) You can not write any comment in the blog entries. Every time someone tries to write a comment and fill the required form (name, email, comment) together with the re-captcha, the script returns this message: "Please fill in this field." Contact me by PM and I will provide the address of the blog and if I provided an email I will create an account administrator to correct the problem.
2) I can not insert the link to log in to the blog. In this way, those who want to register to post a comment, it can not do. Can anyone help me? Contact me by PM and I will provide the address of the blog and if I provided an email I will create an account administrator to correct the problem.
3) the plugin re-captcha does not work. all the registered members of staff are able to enter the admin panel without entering the captcha code required at the time of login.
4) I would like to modify some menus blog, but in the menu in the control panel, everything is grayed out and not selectable.
I think that these problems are easily solved by an expert. I think my offer is adequate, but if this is not, I can see to increase it.

update your plugin of captacha
if the problem is not solved, de-activate the plugin of captcha

All plugins are updated.
I tryed to de-activate the plugin but the comment form required the registration. But I wont de-activate the plugin, cause i need for anti-spam. Other solution?
And the rest of my problems?
