Sight theme main page change WordPress

Hi,
We are looking for someone that can make some changes to the main page of our new site. The changes are made on the [[LINK href="http://sight.wpshower.com"]]Sight theme[[/LINK]].
We would like to have a bit more flexibility on the main page to show different content. Below a detailed description.
Should be a quick fix. Please drop a line if you think you can make the change.

Hi Nordic Design,
You should not edit/change Sigth theme.
Instead, create a Sigth Child Theme and make there the changes you are looking for.

I can assist you in making the changes you want, but $50 is not enough.
