Shopping Cart Solution with Quickbooks Enterprise API Integration WordPress

Does anyone have a solution to integrate a shopping cart / shopping cart solution with Quickbooks Enterprise 10 API? I really wanted to use shopp for wordrpess, but found out that "The problem with that is that the solution would essentially have to be written as a desktop service to interact with the database. There's not really a way to automate this procedure from the Shopp side." I'm checking on CS-Cart and wonder if there is any wordpress solution that will work.

I have a potential project. Please advise.
