Scrolling Ad/Image Banner WordPress

Hello,
I need a scrolling image banner plugin for wordpress that acts and looks as close as possible to the bottom of this page : http://www.scckkorea.org/
Basic idea is that on the admin side i upload a logo with a url and it adds it to that list, when clicking on the logo it takes me to a new page.
I would prefer if someone could point me to a few options, if its a paid plugin preferably under $25 USD
