Responsive CSS template corrections - expert required! WordPress

Hi,
I need the following changes done by an expert in css to the following test site before it goes live shortly.

<strong>All Pages</strong>
<strong>Navigation:</strong>
Need to be responsive.
Fine on large screen but when below 1200px right hand side of top navigation and search bar disappears. This reappears at 990px.
Title of page is hidden under navigation (should be below).
Site title and logo to reduce proportionally with each media query.
Only remove right hand side elements in mobile menu (will get sign in and profile put into this menu)
Hover on menu should automatically show dropdown (shouldn’t have to click to see dropdown)
List bullets to be green slightly larger than the standard black one. color: #46a851;
<strong>Mobile Menu:</strong>
Colour scheme to be similar to dropdown menu (replace greys with theme greens)
Menu to expand below the header (back button lost behind header)
<strong>Homepage</strong>

Home icon in navigation should be clickable (something to do with z-index?)
Sidebar top of ‘Local Events’ should be in line with the top of the box in main content region below the title
Sidebar ‘Local Events’ and ‘Recent Tweets’ pointers below boxes go missing. They should be on all media queries.
Homepage background should be grey (#f0f0f0) on first section and white with a single grey line border (#e6e6e6) at bottom (see homepage.png)
<strong>Single Post pages</strong>
For example – full width: [[LINK href="http://d1520804.u108.host.ie/competitions/"]][[/LINK]]
Sidebar single post: [[LINK href="http://d1520804.u108.host.ie/science-week-2015-science-week-20-design-your-future/"]][[/LINK]]
Background to be white (all single posts – only grey backgrounds on category archives and homepage) See Single-Posts.jpg for reference. Padding left and right 30px.
I can provide other images of what it should look like if there's any confusion. I haven't the time to sort this out. If you need me to send css file I can do that too.
