Remove Youtube player WordPress

We are looking for someone to help on our wordpress project. We have installed this template http://templatic.com/demos/?theme=video and the jwplayer plugin.
We are looking to for some to help us remove the yourtube player from the homepage and just have the jwplayer with 1 video (staff need to be able to change the video monthly so no hard coding).
We still want to keep video thumbnail underneath so changing the homepage to a static page won't work.
