Reloading new page after been shared to facebook before lightbox WordPress

Hi,

I have a small problem when an image is shared. The problem is that when the image is shared to for example facebook. Then when you click on that shared image link. You get redirected to that image but it reloads a new page before and then loads the Lightbox. Which is a problem as it takes a lot of time. I'm currently using Rtmedia Plugin. Is there any solution to this?
