Redirect loop issue when Catalyst/dynamik activated. WordPress

Hi Guys
I've been working on this site with no issues at all then suddenly I started getting a redirect loop error message.
http://changeyourlifetakeabreak.com/
I can log in to wp-admin not problem but the front end will not show.
When I activate the default twenty eleven theme it shows up fine.
here's the error message: Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.
Where do i start to troubleshoot this?

try reset permalink to default settings

It's called Flush Permalink
rename your .htaccess files like .htaccess.bak, then return permalink setting that you want :-)

Ok so I did that and it worked ok for a few minutes then started to do the redirect loop thing again. What would cause that?
