Hi,
1. I wonder if you can agree with me. I've been looking for solution for customer support. You have the forums but sometimes it's good to talk with the costumer directly and hopefully solve the problem quite fast otherwise direct them to forums and continue from there so the can make a ticket. Would that be something that isn't so resource consuming? And what do you think is a good solution?
2. I've been looking for something more to engage the user, maybe a group chat or something similar. The problem is resources. I believe that by having a group or community chat can be quite resource exhausting and should be best have it's own server, do you agree? what do you think about that?
3. Tools, plugins that could be of great help?

I have used https://wordpress.org/plugins/zopim-live-chat/ and this works like a charm. If you are not online a message will be sent to you in a mail.
If you want a support chat, use it.
The other one we are testing for a Intranet client and it seems to work ok, but not sure how it will work with much users (they say there will be no problem).
