QUOTE NEEDED: Who can deliver basic knock off sites quickly? WordPress

Looking for someone to do basic installs using pre-selected themes. These sites will be for small businesses and will largely serve as an online business card (nothing crazy). We'll come to you with the theme, logos, copy, etc.. and some examples of comparable sites that we want to take cues from. From there, you'll need to:

1. Setup the domain on our hosting solution
2. install the current version of wordpress
3. install the theme of our choice : http://www.inkthemes.com/wp-themes/local-business-wordpress-theme/
4. add relevant plugins
5. basic SEO optimization
6. any incidental graphic design work needed to complement theme
7. setup of user accounts

I have two this week that I need to get done with many more to come.
