Hi Guys
A client of mine would like a privacy & cookies notice page similar to this
http://www.adambank.com/privacy/
My question is what is the best way to add the "Are you happy for us to use cookies?" section on the page?
I've seen lots of pop up plugins that handle cookie notices but we want to do this on page thing like they have on AdamBank.com
Any help will be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Steve

There used to be a plugin about this http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/cookie-wise/trunk/cookiewise.php Now it has been taken down but you can still try it. This plugin removes cookies set by Yoast's Google Analytics plugin and sharethis plugin. Now you may need to get it customised according to your site's needs. You can this as a starting point and get someone to code upon it.
Because a popup menu like that means you have to remove all cookies set by your site. WordPress in itself sets some cookies. Also the ads the blog might be using might be different. This is not a simple task.

Hi Navjot, thanks for your reply.
I have used this plugin and changed the page to not have the radio buttons
