Premium Theme Installation from Templatic.com WordPress

I have installed the eBook theme from this website but I get 404 Not Found error on the front page.

This is where the theme is installed:

This is what it should look like:
http://templatic.com/cms-themes/ebook

Does anyone know what the problem is? What do I need to do to fix it?
