Portfolio singe-item page, slug change and permalink structure WordPress

Hello.
We bought this great theme from themeforest: http://themeforest.net/item/ovid-for-business-corporate-portfolio/710654 that we are working for a customer.
As default the theme has nice sortable portfolio layout/function that allows to list different portfolio items at one page and sort them out with portfolio categories.

What we would like to do is link the portfolio items title to single-portfolio-item page and get this working with permalink structure: /%postname%. We would also liketo change portfolio items slug to another.
