Populate entries from repeater field in another field (same form) to add more details. WordPress

Hello there,
I need a solution for a formidable form and I hope there is a solution:
- I have a form with some page breaks.
- On page "7" I have a repeater field which includes a text-field (people name. In my image called "Rollen und Bereiche") and three sliders
- On page "8" we need to select this people names ("Rollen und Bereiche") from page "7" and add some more details to them (here we have three checkbox fields with some values)
Is this possible somehow?
It is not necessary to have a repeater on Page 8. Any other solution is welcome.
Our client don't want to input the same names from page 7 again on page 8 (obviously). But we want to split these two entries and not put the checkboxes also on page 7.

I now this functions. But I believe this would not work:
with a in the same form and a repeater field.
