Plugin that allows a drop down list with user number option WordPress

Searching for a plugin that allows for a drop down list that can have a number of tickets inserted by the user beside each option.

This was done with Gravity Forms but not what is needed.

Hoping a plugin could work.

A hand-made solution could be an option, but yes, this can be more expensive.
