In short yes! or if the expert like they can choice one theme from a mine list available in the admin control panel. Then i need probably able one expert how admin or contributor/editor (?) for watch the themes available. Then i need that the expert choice, able and configure the plugin that already exist on the blog or find best plugin for the blog.

Is not simple how u think. I want able you on account for watch the themes and others but you have idea what to do and how to progress in this work? You must create a logo ex novo about adminlamer.eu and you must choice a very good blog with nice effect and that integrete great features. I pref 3 colums widget, google ads ready and advertisenting ready. For watch the themes installed and the plugin is ok one contributor account or i must make one administrator account? Is not a nice idea for me make admin who i dont know but if i must, i do!

Well, i can be trusted. But no problem. Give me 12 hours to get the theme + logo sorted out on my local server and i'll send u a screenshot over here. Then u may select if u like the work i did, send me login details else no problem :)

Ok, i hope is a professional original theme (and not a free theme available in all link on the net). I forgot to say that I want to keep the existing plugin (such as the galleries of images and flick). Well you need one admin acount or you need contributor/editor account? Oh you want an original theme? In the first post you said that you had bought many themes and used many but none could fit you, so i thought (i think my mistake) that you'd be happy with a free/paid theme that could fit.

When you said 3 column, it striked my mind to use the Arras Theme (offcourse edited) http://demo.arrastheme.com/

Probably my english is not very good, i know this ;) So for 3 columns is like how your example, but in short for me 3 column is when the blog have columns where i can put some widgets and apply some plugin etc etc.

But you're right. I wanted both, now I try to explain: if the expert can not find an appropriate theme among those I already purchased or installed, he is free to propose a theme (though I like and I buy, I will be happy to do so as long as the price is fair) and if I think that goes well he can continue with the installation of the theme, plugins and its perfect configuration. The price of the theme (even if it was not his but a theme already created by other people) is not included in the price of this question WP.
