PHP altering WordPress

Hi guys,
I am looking for some custom work on a OpenCart site of mine. It is a premium theme which has been purchased so the coding and documentation is of a high standard. Unfortunately the person who originally purchased this theme is very ill and cannot finish the project. Open cart is primarily a php based CMS, a language that I am not very confident with.
I would be happy to pay $15 for a solution to something which I believe is very straight forward once you understand the layout.
