Need someone to change one image WordPress

I need someone to change the main image on my website. For some reason when I try and change the image text appears at the bottom saying 2010 / uncategorized which I don't want and also a boarder appears around the image which I don't want. So basically I just need someone to change the image and tell me how I can change it myself in the future with having the text and boarder appear.
