Need a little customization of AutoFocus+Pro Front Page WordPress

Am looking for someone to finish a customization of the front page -- will include changing the size of the stick post (thumbnail) to include the full size image instead and also perhaps messing with the smaller thumbnails below it -- to include six instead of nine and possibly increase whitespace around them. That's about it, maybe a little more but not much.

Need an estimate.

Note that this is for AutoFocus+ Pro (NOT AutoFocus).
