Move WP site from JustHost to BlueHost WordPress

I have a website that I wish to move hosts (same domain) from JustHost.com shared hosting to BlueHost.com WP hosting.
I can probably do this myself if everything goes right but maybe not if something goes wrong.
I have all the back ups but you may wish to generate these yourself as well.
It's important everything is done to maintain the Google SERPs.
