Mobile Media Query CSS Testing WordPress

Need some help getting my site correct on mobile.
It works great on iphone 3!
But on iphone 4 and 5 it shows the desktop style sheet.
Is anyone here any good with mobile testing?

And add code to the iPhone section to adjust your layout
