This is from buddypress activity stream, as you can see the word "Comment" is not been translated to my country, I have it translated in the language .po but don't why is just don't changed.
And I don't want to change it from the original code.
1. I will need expert make it change in your language or other language(which to display me a working sample), and show me the solution.
2. I don't want you solve this by coding the buddypress source code.

I used your .mo file and it worked on my localhost install. Weird. Check the attachment.
